Refund Policy
Last updated: 24 July 2026
We'd rather you join with a clear head than feel trapped by a payment. Here's exactly when you can get your money back and when a transfer makes more sense.
Before the cohort starts
Changed your mind before the first Monday workshop? Tell us and we'll refund what you paid in full, no questions and no fee. Just email us from the address you enrolled with, any time before day one.
The first week
If you attend the opening workshop and decide within the first seven days that Game Design Craft isn't for you, we'll refund you minus a small share for the sessions and mentor time already delivered. This is our "try the room" window — use it honestly and we'll be fair.
After the first week
Once you're past week one, we've reserved your seat, scheduled your mentor and turned others away to keep the cohort small, so we can't offer a cash refund for the rest of the course. What we can usually do is move you to a later cohort if life gets in the way — see below.
Moving to a later cohort
If you need to step out — illness, work, a house move — talk to us. We'll do our best to transfer your paid place to a future cohort at no extra cost, provided you ask before the halfway point. One transfer is standard; more than that we'll handle case by case.
If we cancel or change things
If we ever cancel a cohort or make a change big enough that the course isn't what you signed up for, you'll get a full refund or a free transfer, your choice.
How to request
Email [email protected] from your enrolment address with a line about what you'd like. We aim to review requests within five working days and return eligible refunds to your original payment method. This policy doesn't affect any statutory consumer rights you have under Latvian and EU law.
