Access & Delivery
Last updated: 24 July 2026
There's nothing in a box and nothing in the post. Game Design Craft is delivered entirely online, so "delivery" here means how you get into your cohort and reach the sessions, briefs and recordings.
No physical shipping
The course is a digital, live-taught program. We don't ship printed materials, discs or hardware, so there are no shipping fees, customs forms or delivery addresses to worry about — wherever you are, you join the same way.
When your access arrives
After you enrol and payment is arranged, we send a welcome email with everything you need: your cohort schedule, the link to the live sessions, and access to the shared space where briefs, recordings and your mentor's notes live. You'll normally have this within two working days of payment being confirmed, and always before the opening workshop.
How the live sessions work
Workshops and critiques run over video at set times each week. You'll get calendar invites so the times land in your own timezone, wherever you are. Every live session is recorded and posted to your cohort space within a day, so a missed evening never means a missed week.
What you'll need on your end
A reasonably recent computer, a stable internet connection, a webcam and a microphone for critiques, and whatever prototyping tools your build needs — many are free, and we help you choose in week one. Nothing exotic; nothing we send you.
How long you keep access
You keep access to your cohort space — including recordings and briefs — throughout the ten weeks and for a reasonable period afterwards so you can finish polishing your portfolio. If access ever glitches, email [email protected] and we'll sort it quickly.
