Terms of Use

By using this site and enrolling in our course, you agree to a few sensible ground rules. They exist to keep the cohort small, fair and useful — not to bury you in fine print.

The course we offer

Artiframe runs Game Design Craft, a ten-week online course with live workshops, weekly build assignments, one-to-one mentor feedback and a final portfolio review. Dates, session times and cohort size are shown on the site and confirmed by email when you enrol. We may adjust the schedule or a mentor if we have to, but we won't cut the core of what you paid for.

Reserving a seat

Submitting the enrolment form reserves a place; it isn't a completed purchase. We confirm your seat by email and then send payment options. A seat is yours once we've confirmed it and payment is arranged. Because cohorts are capped at eighteen, we may close enrolment before you finish, or offer you the next cohort.

How to behave in the room

Live sessions and critiques only work if people are candid and kind. Give feedback on the work, not the person; don't harass anyone; don't record or reshare a classmate's unpublished work without their say-so. We can remove anyone who makes the space unsafe, without a refund for time already delivered.

Your work is yours

Everything you build during the course belongs to you. We'd love to show standout pieces as examples, but only with your permission and credit. Our workshop materials, briefs and recordings belong to us and are for your personal learning — please don't republish or resell them.

Our responsibility

We teach in good faith and put real mentor time behind your work, but we can't promise a specific job, salary or industry outcome — that depends on you and on a market we don't control. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for the course.

Changes

We may update these terms as the course evolves; the date above shows the current version. If a change is significant, we'll flag it to enrolled students. These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia.
